About Us

For years our founder has actively rescued, rehabilitated, and adopted many species. She has rescued animals facing euthanasia at shelters, requiring extensive medical care, purchased by kill lot buyers, or facing homelessness due to behavioral traits and successfully rehabilitated them to the point of them becoming healthy, adoptable pet family members. 

As a licensed falconer our founder, Tara, learned the importance of conservation efforts with raptors. She spent 4 years as an intern with the biggest raptor rehabilitation facility in North Texas learning how to care for and provide medical care to raptors in need. She then went on to intern and help at 2 other facilities while also working closely with Game Wardens and Sheriff's with animal cruelty investigations.
