After you finish our check in form you will automatically be places in our virtual line to be seen. You can relax comfortably in your vehicle until we text you that it is your turn to come up to our check in tent. At the check in tent we will weight your pet and go over the services that you selected to make sure we get it right. Then you will be greeted by a veterinarian and/or vet tech that will provide those medical services.
Once your pet has received the services that you requested you will be guided to the check out table where you will receive any products or medications that you are purchasing as well as the rabies tag if the rabies vaccination was given. Once you check out, your vaccination record and Rabies certificate will automatically be emailed to the email that you provided us. IT's as simple an easy as that!

That's ok! That is why we are here to help you. We can help you determine what is right for your situation and pet by asking a few simple questions.
Pets come in all sizes, shapes, and attitudes. Our goal is to keep everyone safe while receiving pet care services so refer to the following when determining what is right for your pet:
1. Aggressive toward other animals but great with people: That's great! Feel free to leave your pet in your vehicle when it is time to check in and just let the check in staff know. We are often times able to come to your vehicle to provide services if this is the case.
2. Your pet may bite: There is no judgement here so let's just make sure we are open, honest, and go about this the right way. Please leave your pet in your vehicle when it is time to check in. Let the check in staff know about your pet and they will help you create a game plan that keeps everyone safe and minimizes the risk of your pet being injured. We have carriers, leashes, muzzles, towels, and well trained staff to help you.
Both! We accept cash and all major cards but cards do have 3% added on to cover the card processing fees. Sorry but we do not accept checks.
Yes. For safety reasons and our policy is that we require all cats to be in a carrier to receive services. We are happy to lend you one of our if it is available. Sorry no exceptions.
Yes. For safety reasons and our policy is that we require all dogs to be on a short leash. We are happy to lend you one of ours if you forgot yours. Sorry no exceptions.
We strive to be quick with most services taking 5-10 minutes but depending on the pets temperament and how many pets we are serving that day wait times can be up to an hr. That is why we do a virtual line so that you may wait in your vehicle or where you are most comfortable until it is your turn in line.
